Stages duren doorgaans drie maanden. Momenteel kun je je aanmelden voor de voorjaarsperiode (Sep - Nov / Dec). Stagiairs helpen mee op gebieden als consulaire diensten, economische betrekkingen, publieke diplomatie en evenementencoördinatie, en dragen zo bij aan het dagelijkse werk van het consulaatsteam. Kandidaten moeten bachelor- of masterstudenten zijn die gedurende de stageperiode actief zijn ingeschreven voor een academische opleiding. Sterke analytische, schriftelijke en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel, en een goede beheersing van het Engels en Frans of Nederlands is vereist. De stage is onbetaald en moet deel uitmaken van een academisch curriculum (ECTS) of officieel zijn goedgekeurd door de universiteit van de student. Aanvragers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor reis-, verblijf- en verzekeringskosten. Aanvragen MOETEN ten minste drie maanden voor de startdatum van de sessie worden ingediend via het eStage-platform. Deze stage biedt de mogelijkheid om professionele vaardigheden te ontwikkelen in een diplomatieke omgeving, waaronder ervaring opdoen op gebieden als consulaire diensten, publieke diplomatie, zakelijke relaties en evenementencoördinatie. Internships typically last for three months, with the Fall Session (Sep - Nov / Dec) currently open for applications. Interns assist in areas such as consular services, economic relations, public diplomacy, and event coordination, contributing to the daily work of the Consulate team. Candidates must be bachelor’s or master’s students actively enrolled in an academic program throughout the internship period. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential, and proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required. The internship is unpaid and must be part of an academic curriculum (ECTS) or officially approved by the student’s university. Applicants are responsible for travel, housing, and insurance. Applications MUST be submitted via the eStage platform at least three months before the session start date.
